Schools & Educator FAQ

For over 30 years, we’ve run the most culturally-immersive programs available. We offer students meaningful and real opportunities to engage with people and places as travelers, not tourists. Our locally fluent and expert instructors make up the backbone of each of our programs and help students quickly feel at home in the locations they visit. Traveling in small groups (on average 3 instructors and 12 students) ensures that each student receives individualized mentorship and support as well as minimizing our travel impact. Beyond the remarkable connections to our host communities, our programs focus on empowerment, skill-building, and are crafted to be experiences that stay with students for life.

Your tuition covers most expenses from when you meet your instructors to when you say goodbye. Airfare and evacuation insurance costs are billed separately; visa fees and other personal expenses are not included. You can find a full breakdown of what’s covered in our Terms & Conditions.
